Creative Me! Summer Camps 2011

Ages 4 and up
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Daily (Extended Time Available)

To register please fill out the Camp Registration form, Membership Registration Form, Medical Authorization Form, and Waiver of Liability Form found in the Downloadable Forms section (only the Camp Registration form is needed if you are currently enrolled in the Creative Me! Program) along with a check for your chosen payment option and mail to Creative Me! Gymnastics, 871 Seven Oaks Blvd., Smyrna, TN.

Cost - $130 per week for members, $150 per week for non-members (membership is a one time $30 fee) , $30 deposit will hold your child's spot. Two ways to save! - Payment in full is a 10% discount. Siggn up for all 8 camps and the 8th camp is only $30!. Hurry, camp size is limited.

Every morning of every camp (weather permitting) the children will be divided into groups based on their swimming ability. They will have a 45-minute swim lesson daily. They will also have a daily free swim time. Two snacks will be provided daily.

Please apply sunscreen each day before camp and send the following items every day!

  • Bathing suit with a plastic bag
  • Tennis Shoes
  • Change of clothes (T-Shirt, shorts)
  • Lunch
  • Water bottle
  • Extra sunscreen

8 July 25 - July 29 Boys and Girls Best of Nashville, Smyrna, and Murfreesboro
This includes trips to the Bicentennial Capitol Mall, Nashville State Capitol,
Nissan, Stones River Battlefield, Oakland Manor,
Rutherford County Court House(oldest in the state)
and the Geographic Center of the State
