To hold a spot in the class you would like your child to be in, please send in the first month fee, membership fee, the Membership Registration Form, the Medical Authorization Form, and the Waiver of Liability Form (all forms are printable from the "Downloadable Forms" section of the web page). Gymnastic shoes must be worn in the gym for all classes except for the Home School Fitness, Rockets, Tumblebears , birthday parties, or if you childs feet are too small.

One-time Lifetime Membership fee	$30.00 per Child
Gymnastic Shoes (available at the Gym)	$15.00 per pair
One Class per week	$60.00 per month
Two Classes per week or two siblings per month	$110.00 per month
Three Classes per week or three siblings per month	$150.00 per month
Four Classes per week or four siblings per month	$200.00 per month
Home School Fitness	$35.00 per month
Parent's Night Out	$35.00 for first child $10.00 for each additional sibling
